For this task we were given a cut up version of the hip-hop music video "We know something you don't know" By DJ Format.
we were asked to put the clips together in an order that worked well along side the music, also there were deliberate black spaces / squares placed on each clip and it was are job to try and clip the black spaces out in order to get the original video and then place them in a sequential order on the time line.
Once the video was in a sequence order the final task was to add the audio track, which had to relate to the video footage, by this i mean we were given a different track and it wasn't the original song by DJ Format, instead it was a random sound track which we were given to place on the video footage.
Once the video was complete to the best of our ability, we were then asked to browse through every ones videos and discuss whos was the best video in ways of editing, syncing the music, and the way each clip was cut.
Overall i believe this task went very well, and or though i did not receive much feedback from the class on my video i believe it went well and i stuck to the rules of the task and produced a video that was reflective of the amount of work i put into it, if had more time on this task the finished vide would of course of been better, for example i would of liked to add more effects to the completed video.
